Thanks for the information! At this point, we are shutting the servers down tonight and dropping them all from 12vCPUs to four. I will look at the numbers again early next week and see if they can be lowered even further. After careful review of all of our systems, almost every VM seems to have too much CPU allocated.
I am digging through the VMs now to see if there are any reservations. I do not believe that there will be any. There are no resource pools in the environment. In all fairness though, the Terminal Servers are in a separate cluster and each of them needs to have equal resources. I don't see resources pools benefiting that cluster. Some of the VM CO-STOP numbers were off the charts! What brought this to my attention was that the overall CPU utilization was miniscule, but the other numbers were grossly high.
